Steamed Broccoli

Steamed Broccoli

  • 4 cups Broccoli
  • 1/2 tbs Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  1. Fill a large pot with about an 1 1/2 inches of water and bring to a rolling boil.

  2. Place broccoli florets in steamer basket inside the pot.

  3. Cover with a tight fitting lid and reduce the heat to low and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until the broccoli is bright green and tender. All water should cook out if not you can drain.

  4. Season with Butter and Salt
