2 slices whole wheat bread
2 Tbls hummus
1/4 c tomatoes, sliced
1/4 c orange bell peppers, sliced
1.4 c yellow bell peppers, sliced
1/4 c cucumbers, sliced
1/4 c red cabbage, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Toast slices of whole wheat bread. Spread hummus on both slices.
Step 2
Pile on vegetables on top of bread & close sandwich.
