1 lb low-fat kielbasa (polish sausage), cut into chunks
2 med apples, peeled & cut into small cubes
1 (14 oz) can sauerkraut
1 med onion, chopped
2 Tbls spicy mustard
Spray the inside of the crockpot with a light coat of oil to prevent sticking.
Chop apples and kielbasa into small cubes and chunks.
Mix everything in a large bowl, then pour everything into the crock pot.
Cook on 4-6 hours on medium heat until everything is heated through.
