Tilapia With Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) Tilapia fillets

  • 1 Tbls olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt & pepper

  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed & drained

  • 1 (11 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1/2 c Italian salad dressing

  • 2 Tbls green onion, chopped

  • 2 Tbls sweet pepper, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Drizzle both sides of fillets with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.


Step 2 Broil 4-6 inches from the heat until fish flakes easily with a fork for 5-7 minutes.


Step 3 While the fish is cooking, in a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Serve with the fish.
