Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes (halved horizontally)

  • 1/4 c Parmesan cheese (fresh grated)

  • 1 tsp Oregano (fresh & chopped)

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 4 tsps Extra-Virgin Olive oil

  • Fresh ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.



Step 2

Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet. Top with Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil. Bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
