2 Tbls minced garlic
3 Tbls olive oil
1 large head cauliflower, separated into florets
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbls fresh parley, chopped
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Grease a large casserole dish.
Combine olive oil and garlic in a large resealable bag. Add cauliflower, seal bag, and toss until cauliflower is coated. Pour into the prepared casserole dish and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and turn on the broiler. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley over the cauliflower.
Return it to the oven and broil until golden brown for 3-5 minutes.
