Bacon Bison Burger

- 6 ounces ground bison
- 1 large leaf Romaine
- 1 tbs Primal Kitchen Chipotle lime mayo
- 2 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 large organic egg, fried (optional)
- garlic power (season to taste )
- cumin (season to taste)
- paprika (season to taste )
Preheat a grill to medium heat and preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Combine the bison and seasonings in a large bowl. Use your hands to form into a patty. Gril the burger, turning once, to desired doneness.
Place the burger on the lettuce leaf and top with mayo, bacon and a fried egg (if you like).
Enjoy wiht veggies of your choice or maybe sweet potato fries.
