Working out in a mask has its challenges and as much as we all love working out at our gyms it still has its risk. Virtual Training is still personal training and still has that personal touch, just with out the touch. It will be live, and 1 on 1, and you still have your tailored routine that is customized to you and your likes and physical abilities.
Currently we are connecting with Clients using FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, and Hangouts. We are working on adding more platforms of communication to keep our Virtual sessions simple and easy to set up.
