Ingredients: 3/4 cup coconut milk; 1 6 oz can tomato paste; 3 cloves garlic; 4-6 tbs curry powder; 3 bell peppers ( green, yellow, red, and/or orange; 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced; 2 lbs boneless chicken cut into 1-2 inch pieces; 1/2 cup chicken broth
