Smarter Green Smoothie
Green smoothies are an excellent way to help you achieve your green veggie goals. This taste great and is stacked with nutrition. You can substuite the spinach for kate, collard, romain lettuce, the peanut butter you can do almond or walnut butter, and coconut milk instead of almond milk.
Protein 27g, Fat 15g, Carbs 38g Calories 374
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 huge handfull of spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein (at least 20g protein)
- 1 tbs unsweetened peanut butter
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- handful of ice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
