Chocolate Avocado Pudding

- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup natural non alkalized cacao powder or cocoa powder
- 6 pitted dates
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Puree all ingredients in a high-powered blender on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.
Spoon into four bowls, chil before serving, or store in a covered container for up to 2 days
