Inspirational Training Week to Week – Week 6

WEEK 6

I’m excited to start week 2 of Eat Smarter, but I have to be honest… I don’t like eating too much fat. Especially ghee that is why I am not a fan of the superhero coffee and gave you the option. I have to listen to my body and just say no. That is what I really want you to do. You can pick and choose these meals that work for you.  If you feel bloated or experience cramping after eating something it probably means it is not for you. The most important thing is you eat REAL food, that really fuels your body and stop eating processed chemicals.

I also ask that you stay committed with intermittent fasting. When your body is not busy digesting it can start to recover and repair. My eating window is from 11-7, pick a time that works for you and work it!
