PCT Special Shake
My Home made mix of goodness
- 2 scoops Protein Powder (at least 20g of Protein )
- 1/2 Banana
- 2 tbs Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/2 cup Kale
- 2 tbs Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Spirulina Powder
- Handful Ice
- 2 cups Almond Milk
Combine all ingredients together and blend
Add more milk or ice depending on desired consistency
