PCT Special Shake

My Home made mix of goodness

  • 2 scoops Protein Powder (at least 20g of Protein )
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2 tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Kale
  • 2 tbs Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Spirulina Powder
  • Handful Ice
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  1. Combine all ingredients together and blend

  2. Add more milk or ice depending on desired consistency
