Garlic Lime Tilapia
This simple garlic and lime version packs in the flavor with butter, garlic, lime juice, and Old Bay seasoning. It's great as a stand alone dish and is also delicious in tacos with some crunchy slaw and avocado.
- 30 oz tilapia filets
- 2.5 Tb butter (or ghee)
- 2 gloves garlic
- 1 Tb Old Bay Seasoning (or seafood seasoning)
- 2.5 Tb lime juice
Season the fish liberally with Old Bay or seafood seasoning.
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the garlic. Once fragrant, add the fish and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
Add the lime juice over top and cook for 2 more minutes until fish is nice and flaky.
