WEEK 19
This week I have done some self reflection. I am not where I want to be. I know it’s my fault. Call it low will-power, self sabotage, excuses, or just living and not focusing on my goals.
I know that when I work out first thing in the morning, I feel better and make better choices. When I take time to plan out my meals and have the food ready to go, I eat healthier and I feel better. Sound familiar?
So why is it so hard to do what we know we should do?
