Inspirational Training Week to Week – Week 22

WEEK 22

HEALTHY FAMILY

This weeks meal plan have our next generation in mind. If your children are like mine, they are picky and healthy fruits and vegetables may not be their ideal go to snack. It is our job as parents to not only provide them with healthy choices but to model the behavior we want them to demonstrate. 


Dinner time is a hard time in my house, I wish I had a dollar every time I said “ eat your vegetables Esaias….” 


I tried my best to pack this weeks menu with kid tested mother approved recipes. I am getting to be a pro on hidding vegetables in my meals so here are a few of my greates secrets… shhhhh don’t tell them… they will love them.
