About PCT

I’m not the average personal trainer. I did not grow up exercising. In fact I did not really start until I was an adult and after I had my first son and an additional 80 pounds to lose. A friend and I joined a boot camp and I immediately fell in love with working out and the way it made me feel. I wanted to share my love and passion with others, especially those who do not like to work out because I make working out fun.

I quit Corporate America in April of 2014, I became Cooper Certified in May and launched my business in July.. Since then I have obtained a certification in Nutrition for Health and Fitness as well as Cooper Certified in Coaching Healthy Behaviors in 2016.

While instructing and training at the Don Natatorium I met an Angel named Glenda who introduced me to the need and the world of adaptive training. I became an Adaptive trainer in 2022. Through her I met Sharyn and Mike King and the wonderful ministry of Powered to Move. Through that amazing organization it has led me to many clients with many different disabilities that I get to guide in their fitness journey.

We are all on a different journey with different bodies and different abilities and goals.

We all deserve a different trainer with different plans and routines that is just right for us.

I am sure I am the right trainer for you.
