How PCT Came To Be

In 2008, I was blessed with my oldest son and 80 additional pounds. After the first few months, I realized losing the extra weight wasn't as easy as before, and I needed to workout for the first time in my life. Self motivated, I immediately became addicted to working out. After baby number two made his appearance, I decided to make a career change and began my professional journey as a personal trainer. ​After training with Cooper Institute in Dallas and meeting Dr. Cooper, my views on diet, exercise and overall lifestyle changed. I wanted to make a real impact in the lives of others.

A personal trainer and coach for the last 8 years, Regina is certified by the Cooper Institute of Dallas.
