Baked Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Baked Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond or cocout milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 8 inch square pan

  2. Combine oats, syrup, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon

  3. In a sperate bowl, whisk milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla

  4. Stir in egg mixture and oat mixture together

  5. Spread into prepared square pan

  6. Bake until edges are golden brown, about 30 minutes

  7. Once done if desired you can drizzle honey on top

  8. Cut into squares and enjoy
