Baked Parmesan Chicken Breast

Boneless, skinless chicken breast baked to perfection.

  • 5 boneless Chicken Breasts (620 est. calories)
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise (478 est. calories)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (215 est. calories)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder (5 est. calories)
  • 1 squeezed Lemon (12 est. calories)
  • 1 pinch salt (0 est. calories)
  • 1 pinch black pepper (1 est. calories)
  • 1 pinch crushed oregano (2 est. calories)
  • 1 pinch crushed pepper (0 est. calories)
  • 8 teaspoons breadcrumbs (120 est. calories)
  • 1 pinch crushed basil leaves (2 est. calories)
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and lemon into a small bowl.

  3. Lay chicken breast onto a baking sheet, keep breasts moist.
  4. Evenly spread the mayo/parmesan mix onto each chicken breast.

  5. Season each chicken breast with salt, black pepper, crushed oregano, and crushed pepper.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle breadcrumbs onto each chicken breast, season with crushed basil leaves.

  8. Return to oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.

  10. Serve and enjoy.
