Ingredients: 1 1/2 tbs olive oil; 1 lb ground turkey (optional); 1 onion, chopped; 2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped; 5 carrots, peeled and sliced into rounds; 1 tbs chili powder; 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin; 1 tsp ground black pepper; 2 14.5 ounce cans caned diced tomatoes with their juice; 1 cup frozen corn; 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed; 1 15 oz can garanzo beans, drained and rinsed; 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
