Cabbage Steaks
- 1 Medium/Large Green Cabbage
- 2 tbs Olive Oil
- 2-3 slices Turkey bacon
Preheat oven to 400 degres
Slice cabbage into 1 inch thick rounds.
Grease baking sheet and transfer cabbage on it.
Brush cabbage with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cut bacon into small pieces
Top bacon pieces on top of cabbage
Roast for 30-35 minutes for medium brown edges.
