Classic Breakfast + Veggies
Adding some fresh veggies to the typical egg and protein breakfast can take it from average to exceptional! Wheter it's an omelet, a scramble, or simply eggs over easy, this classic breakfast is revamped with a healthy does of micronutrients and fiber.

- 2 large organic eggs
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 serving protein ( bacon, sausage, ham)
- 2 cups spinach
- dash sea salt, pepper, and garlic
Cook your eggs any way you like using 1 tsp of the coconut oil and salt and pepper to taste. Cook you protein of choice as well.
Heat the remainin 1 tsp coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the spinach and garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook, tossing, until slightly wilted (do not overcook)
Arrange the eggs, spinach, and protein on a plate. Enjoy!
