Classic Breakfast + Veggies

Adding some fresh veggies to the typical egg and protein breakfast can take it from average to exceptional! Wheter it's an omelet, a scramble, or simply eggs over easy, this classic breakfast is revamped with a healthy does of micronutrients and fiber.

  • 2 large organic eggs
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 serving protein ( bacon, sausage, ham)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • dash sea salt, pepper, and garlic
  1. Cook your eggs any way you like using 1 tsp of the coconut oil and salt and pepper to taste. Cook you protein of choice as well.

  2. Heat the remainin 1 tsp coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the spinach and garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Cook, tossing, until slightly wilted (do not overcook)

  5. Arrange the eggs, spinach, and protein on a plate. Enjoy!
