WEEK 15
As Week 15 approaches, you might be having some self doubt and negative thoughts.
The beginning is always easier; you have more motivation, will power, and determination. Will power is a muscle you have to exercise every day.
As the days turn to weeks and the weeks turn to months, it gets harder and harder. You may not be seeing the same results as you saw in the beginning of your journey. When the scale does not move, it gets discouraging. I completely understand! Our wellness journey is just that… a journey. We will have peaks and valleys along our way. But I ask you to not grow weary but get stronger everyday (mentally and physically).
You did not come this far, to only come this far. Take a deep breath, shake out that negativity, give yourself a hug, a high five and keep going. Reach for those goals every day. The day will pass regardless of the choices you make so keep on making those good choices.
