Inspirational Training Week to Week – Week 21

WEEK 21

“Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” I have stumbled a few times these past few weeks. It happens to us all and like the great Confucius and Tony Horton who says, “The best part of falling down is getting back up again”. I continue to get back up. “Because falling down is a part of Life. Getting back up is living.” I continue to live and learn and keep trying. If you know you are not eating right and not doing your workouts regularly. Give yourself some grace, shake it off, remember why you are doing this and let’s keep doing this together!
