Low Carb Sauerkraut Chicken
Sauerkraut Chicken is one great dish with lots of health advantages not only from sauerkraut.
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 lb sauerkraut
- 5 Tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- salt & pepper
Heat the pan and add Coconut Oil
Once the coconut oil is heated, add onion pre-cut into small pieces
Cook onion until golden brown and add chicken pieces.
Cook for approx. 10 min.
Once the chicken is little bit cooked, add sauerkraut and simmer for approximately 20-25 min.
When you sese that sauerkraut is already cooked and soft, switch off the heat and add 5 Tbsp of yogurt.
