Sautéed Curry Cabbage
This tasty cabbage recipe is easy tomake and packed with metabolism-boosting nutrients.

- 1 tbs cocomut oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 head organic green cabbage, shredded
- 1 tbs curry power
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 pinches salt
Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until it begins to soften.
Add the cabbage and cook for a few minutes, tossing lightly to be sure all sides are cooked.
Add the curry powder, mustard, and salt. Mix thoroughly, then mix in the water.
Cover, reduce the heat to medium- low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes, until soft but not mushy.
