Smarter Green Smoothie
Green smoothies are an excellent way to help you achieve your green veggie goals.
Variations- You can add one serving of a superfood "greens blend" for a major upgrade in micronutrients. You can also varying the leafy greens like kale, collard, or romain lettuce. If you want to switch up your healthy fats you could go for almond or walnut butter instead of peanut butter or even full fat coconut milk instead of almond milk.
Protein- 27g, Fat-15g, Carbs-38g, Calories 374
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 big handful spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop Protein powder ( at least 20 grams)
- 1 tbs unsweetened penut butter
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Handful of ice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
