Ingredients: 2 tsp olive oil; 1 lb lean ground turkey; 1 Tbsp chili powder; 1 tsp ground cumin; 1/2 tsp smoked paprika; 1/2 c diced onions; 2 Tbsp water; 1/2 c salsa; 6 ea eggs; 2 ea egg whites; 2 Tbsp milk of choice; salt & pepper to taste; 1/2 c shredded cheese; Chopped tomatoes, avocado, red onion, cilantro and extra salsa for toppings (optional)
