Ingredients: 1/2 cup cooked rice, or you can use cauliflower rice, or omit the rice all together; 1/2 cup shredded grilled chicken or other protein choice; 1 cup Grilled fajita veggies; 1/2 cup shredded lettuce; 2 tbs pico de gallo or salsa of your choice; 2 tbs "Superfood Guacamole"; 1 1/2 cup walnuts, soaked iin water at least 1 hour and drain.; 1 tbs chili powder; 1 tbs ground cumin; 1/4 cup stemmed cilantro; 1 small diced tomato; 2 tbs coconut aminos
