Triple-B Milkshake

Triple-B Milkshake

Protein- 28g, Fat- 20g, Carbs-40g, Calories 460

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein (at least 20g of protein)
  • 1 tbs soaked chia seeds
  • 2 tbs full fat yogurt
  • 1 tbs MCT oil
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • Handfull of ice
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
