Triple-B Milkshake
Protein- 28g, Fat- 20g, Carbs-40g, Calories 460
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein (at least 20g of protein)
- 1 tbs soaked chia seeds
- 2 tbs full fat yogurt
- 1 tbs MCT oil
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- Handfull of ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
