I challenge you to give yourself a high five every day the best way to form new habits are to stack them with old habits and hopefully you brush your teeth every day. When you get rid of the dirt in your mouth get rid of the dirt in your brain. Give yourself that automatic affirmation of “good job” “keep up the good work” “I’m proud of you”.
