The earth is made up of 70% water and our bodies are made up of 80% of water. So what do you think our diet should consist of??? Water! We all know we should drink a lot of water but how can we eat water? We could actually be drowning our bodies by drinking too much water. Instead, add more water based foods. 

They fall in 3 categories; 

Fruits, Vegetables, and Sprouts.

 

Fruit: watermelon, strawberries, grapefruit, cantaloupe, peaches, pineapple, cranberries, oranges, raspberries, blueberries, plums, cherries, grapes

Vegetables: Cauliflower, eggplant, red cabbage, sweet peppers, spinach, zucchini, radish, tomato, broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, green peas, and white potatoes.

Sprouts: wheatgrass, alfalfa, mung bean, and lentil are among the most common.

* Disclaimer* Don’t buy to much at a time, they go bad quick. Wash, wash, and wash again but only right before you are about to eat them. 

Get ready for a crazy amount of energy!
