You will start on your knees, take your right foot out (way out so you don’t put any pressure on your knees) Bring the other leg up and stay low. Now take your right knee back down and then your left one. Switch feet now you go up on your left foot and down on your left foot. Repeat that 10-15 times. For more intensity add weights or increase your speed.
